Emergencies - Although Fly With Me is not liable for personal injury, your boat captain and crew are trained to handle emergencies that may occur on the vessel. Click Here to view our detailed emergency plan.

Weather - The weather can be unpredictable, and we understand the frustrations of not having the perfect weather conditions. Please keep in mind that Darrel has proven to have great fishing days despite the weather (reviews on Trip Advisor). As the captain, Darrel will certainly cancel a trip if it is unsafe to go out. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, he will offer another date for the trip. If the angler wishes to cancel their trip due to the weather, the deposit is non-transferrable. If the angler decides to reschedule their trip giving at least 48 hours before the start of the charter, the deposit will be upheld.

Equipment - Fly With Me is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items. If an angler does not have their own equipment, we provide rods and flies at no additional costs. If a rod is broken on the trip by a guest, he/she will be charged the market value of said item. Please note that fly fishing equipment is difficult and more expensive to get here in Belize; we do hope you understand the need for this policy.

Expectations - Darrel is an expert fishing guide. He will take anglers to his personal fishing spots, not to areas that will have multiple boats at a time. It is expected that anglers agree not to share his fishing spots with other anglers, guides or businesses. Failure to comply with this policy will prohibit future bookings.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at all times to protect the safety of our staff. Your deposit will be refunded immediately if we decide to cancel your trip.
